What is RBSC CSC all about?

Every year, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants invites exceptional students to test their business knowledge, but also their team spirit and leadership skills, in an event aimed at giving participants an insight into strategy consulting.

You can become one of the top students selected to experience an intense and exciting day as a member of a consulting team tackling a real-life business case. Our consultants will guide your work throughout the event and, in the end, assess the solution you present to a board comprised of our senior staff.

Our consultants will be there to coach and guide the students through the case. The stakes are high: best-in-class contestants will be invited to join us for a two-month internship.

The event is structured in two parts, over the course of two days. On the first evening, you are invited to a welcoming buffet dinner, during which you can get acquainted with our company and our consultants, as well as meet your future team. Next day your team will set their creative minds to solve the business case and produce a comprehensive presentation of the strategic proposal developed.
